Postage and Packaging
All necklaces, earrings, bracelets and cuff links are packed in padded gift boxes, tiaras are packed in tissue and strong cardboard boxes to prevent damage in transit.
All postage costs are advised during the checkout process before you finally submit your order.
Irish orders are sent in postal approved packaging, and delivered by either An Post or Royal Mail depending on destination
We can't guarantee a delivery time however most Irish orders arrive within 5-7 days. An estimated delivery date is given on each product page. In line with postal service practices you should allow upto 28 days for delivery and unfortunately we can't accept claims for loss before this time frame has lapsed.
Orders returned by the postal service undelivered will be held for a further 28 days then disposed off, if we are contacted we can usually arrange redelivery.

Returns
We are happy to accept the return of unsuitable goods provided the following conditions are met.
Goods should be securely packaged and sent back postage paid to the following address:

All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice (not a photo copy).
We send an invoice with every order, it will be in the clear plastic envelope on the front of the package.
Goods returned for a refund must be posted back to us within 7 days of you receiving them.
No postage or packaging costs will be refunded.
All returns must be in their original (undamaged) packaging, tiaras are sent in sealed clear plastic wrappers, this must remain intact, we can not refund tiaras returned without the wrapper or if the wrapper has been opened..
It is your responsibility to ensure we receive the goods returned and returns should be insured against transit damage or loss.
For hygiene reasons we can not accept the return of earrings for pierced ears or sets containing earrings.
All goods are guaranteed for one year, to be free from manufacturing defects and faults and we will happily repair or replace any item returned to us under guarantee.
An Order Returns Number (ORN) must be clearly displayed on the outside of the returned package. Please click here to obtain an ORN and printed return address.
Please be aware we can not make exceptions to these few conditions and goods returned outside the time frame or without the original invoice will not be refunded and will be disposed off at our discretion.
Discount Coupons
From time to time we may run discount promotions on selected items or across the entire site, the discount will be in the form of a discount code.
Coupons can be redeemed by entering the appropriate code during checkout.
If coupons are dependant on order value, we reserve the right to cancel the discount if an item is later returned which brings the order total below the discount threshold.
All coupons are time limited, if no time limit is specified then the default period to use the coupon is 3 months. Coupons may still be valid after this time but we can not guarantee they'll work.
Coupons may be withdrawn at any time without notice, however we will only do this in exceptional circumstances or if the system is being misused.
Discount coupons will normally only work for a single website, codes issued for our eu or uk site may not work on bridalgems.ie
Coupons have no cash value and under no circumstance can they be sold or traded in any way.
Anyone found abusing the coupon system will have their account suspended and no longer be able to trade on the www.bridalgems.ie site or any other site in the Bridal Gems group.
Only one coupon may be used with any one order, and the system is set up to reject multiple coupons.
Some goods such as sale items may be excluded from a coupon promotion, you'll be notified of these during checkout.
